Accidentally deleted a file or email? You may be able to restore it depending on your hosting plan and backup availability.
To restore a file:

Log in to cPanel.

Open File Manager and go to the folder where the file was deleted.

Click on Trash or use the Backup Wizard if you have a saved backup.

Upload or restore the file from your backup.
To restore an email:

If you use a mail client such as Outlook, check your local Trash folder first.

If the email was deleted from the server, open a support ticket with PassoCloud Support.

Provide your email address and approximate date of deletion.
Our team can check if the email is still available from system backups.
