Steps

1. Log in to cPanel.

2. Under Email, click Email Accounts.

3. Click Create.

4. Enter:

   • Email: e.g., hello@yourdomain.com

   • Password: Choose a strong one

   • Storage space (e.g., 1024MB or Unlimited)

5. Click Create.

To Access Webmail:

• Visit: https://yourdomain.com/webmail

• Log in using your new email credentials.

• Choose your preferred webmail app (Roundcube recommended).

To Connect to Outlook or Mobile:

• Use the settings provided under Connect Devices in cPanel → Email Accounts.
