Log in to cPanel.

Scroll down to Metrics and click Errors.

You’ll see a list of the most recent error messages for your site, including the affected files and timestamps.
Common errors include missing files, incorrect permissions, or PHP syntax issues.
If the problem isn’t clear, you can copy the error message and include it in a support ticket. The PassoCloud team can then help diagnose and fix it quickly.
