If You See “Website Not Found”:

• Make sure your domain points to the correct nameservers.

• Ensure your website files are uploaded to public_html.

• Check for an index.html or index.php file.

• Try clearing your browser cache and DNS cache.

If You See “500 Internal Server Error”:

• Rename your .htaccess temporarily to test (it may have bad rules).

• Ensure file permissions are correct (folders: 755, files: 644).

• Check for syntax errors in .htaccess or php.ini.

• Contact PassoCloud Support if the issue persists.
