If you no longer need a service, you can request a cancellation through your client area.

Log in to your PassoCloud client area.

Go to Services → My Services.

Find the product you want to cancel and click Manage Product.

Click the Request Cancellation button.

Choose either Immediate or End of Billing Period.

Add a short reason for the cancellation, then submit the request.
Once submitted, our team will process the cancellation and confirm by email.
Please make sure to back up any important files or emails before requesting cancellation, as all data is permanently deleted once the service is terminated.
