If you already own a domain elsewhere, you can transfer it to PassoCloud to manage everything in one place.

Before starting the transfer:

1. Make sure your domain has been registered for at least 60 days.

2. Ensure the domain is unlocked at your current registrar.

3. Obtain the EPP or authorization code from your current provider.

4. Verify that your domain’s contact email address is up to date since a confirmation email will be sent.

To start the transfer:

1. Go to the PassoCloud website and click on Transfer Domain.

2. Enter your domain name and authorization code.

3. Add the domain to your cart and proceed to checkout.

4. Complete payment for the transfer.

After you confirm the approval email, the transfer usually completes within 5 to 7 days. You will receive updates by email once the process is complete.
If any step fails, contact PassoCloud Support and provide the domain name and EPP code for assistance.
